Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services of SR Creations, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

Services

SR Creations provides exhibition stall design, event management, and related services. The specific scope of services will be outlined in individual project agreements or contracts.

Project Agreements

Quotations

All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change based on project scope modifications.

Payment Terms

  • A deposit of 50% is required to commence work on any project
  • The remaining balance is due upon project completion or as per agreed milestones
  • Late payments may incur additional charges
  • All payments should be made to the account details provided in the invoice

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and timely information required for project execution
  • Obtaining necessary permits and approvals from venue authorities
  • Ensuring site access and availability as per agreed timelines
  • Reviewing and approving designs within specified timeframes
  • Making timely payments as per agreed terms

Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation by Client

  • Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event: 25% of total project cost
  • Cancellations made 15-30 days before the event: 50% of total project cost
  • Cancellations made less than 15 days before the event: 100% of total project cost

Cancellation by SR Creations

We reserve the right to cancel a project due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will provide a full refund of any advance payments made.

Intellectual Property

All designs, concepts, and creative work produced by SR Creations remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon full payment, clients receive rights to use the deliverables for their intended purpose.

Liability and Warranties

SR Creations will execute projects with professional care and expertise. However:

  • We are not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control (force majeure)
  • Our liability is limited to the total project value
  • We are not responsible for third-party services or products
  • Clients must inspect and approve work before event commencement

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the course of the project. This obligation continues even after project completion.

Portfolio and Marketing

SR Creations reserves the right to photograph completed projects and use them for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes unless explicitly restricted by the client in writing.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or project execution will be resolved through good faith negotiations. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in [Your City/State].

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
